Basic Requirements:

1. Prepare draft power point presentations in relation to privacy related matters and topics (e.g. Training, privacy program updates, conferences presentations, etc.)

    

2.  Construct workflow, charts and diagrams  in relation to privacy matters and provide statistics

    
3.  Draft necessary paperwork and project documentations, plan and reports

    

4.  If required, monitor privacy mail box

    

5.  Follow up on privacy issues into the Privacy tool (CIMT) to ensure timely closure of the remediation actions with the Allianz entities

    
6. Support in developing, maintaining and managing the annual Privacy Review plan
7.  Assist in preparing training and awareness activities materials
8.  Assist in monitoring and following up the Allianz program projects milestones, phases and elements (e.g. via email and call)

    

9.  Be one of the contact person for first level of support in resolving problems and answering questions from Allianz entities with respect to Privacy Quarterly Report, etc.
10. Prepare privacy dashboard and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends reported by the Allianz entities

     

11. Assist in evaluating and analyzing “alerts” and/or alarming trend generated from the Online Quarterly Reporting Questionnaire or other relevant sources of information (audit reports, Risk and Maturity report, etc.)
12.  Assist in coordinating and collecting information from the regions and/or global lines and synthetize the information in an effective, understandable and structure manner
